The “Poggio del Sole” Farm
Born on the territory of an old farmhouse imported following a renovation project started in 1009, the Poggio del Sole combines the beauty of the Tuscan countryside with the comfort and elegance of a modern holiday.
The Farm enjoys a prime position on a hill that juts out of the Montalbano hills, the town of Montecatini and Vinci are both about 20 minutes by car; Florence and Lucca in less Then an hour.
The main body of the structure, completely renovated has been divided into four apartments three of which consist of two double rooms with their own bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, the 4° apartment, instead, is aone badroom apartment with 2/3 beds, a large kitchen, a ling and a bathroom.
The external outbuilding is composed by two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen.
Services
We offer a large private pool, private outdoor spaces for each apartment (or portions of garden pergola); a large olive grove and a forest of about four hectares crossed by trails on foot. Besides all apartments have free wi-fi, dishwasher, fridge, air conditioning.
